Cancellation Policy
All services at ESSPA are reserved especially for you. We respectfully ask for 48-hour advance notice in order to cancel any service at no charge*.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a full charge for each service. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. This policy also applies to guests using gift cards.
Packages and groups of 5 or more may be required to make a deposit at the time of booking to hold the reservation.
If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please call us at 412-782-3888 as soon as possible.
