Get answers to common questions about Consultation Face.
You'll meet a licensed esthetician who reviews medical history, examines your skin, discusses concerns and goals, and recommends treatments or homecare. Expect personalized advice, a proposed treatment plan, and answers to your questions — all complimentary and without obligation.
No. Our Consultation Face sessions are complimentary. We offer free, no-pressure assessments so you can learn about skin needs and recommended treatments before booking. If you choose a paid service later, you'll only pay for that treatment.
Most consultations last 20–30 minutes, sometimes longer for complex concerns. This allows time for a thorough skin assessment, discussion of goals, and a clear treatment or homecare recommendation tailored to your lifestyle and skin type.
Yes. Bringing products helps the esthetician evaluate ingredients and routines. We'll advise which products complement your plan, which to discontinue, and suggest organic alternatives when appropriate to optimize results and avoid ingredient conflicts.
Yes. Our licensed estheticians perform visual analysis and, when useful, non-invasive tools like magnification and moisture readings to evaluate condition. We do not perform invasive diagnostics — referrals are made to medical professionals if advanced testing is required.
If possible, yes. Clean skin allows a more accurate assessment. If you cannot remove makeup beforehand, we can gently cleanse a small area during the consultation to evaluate skin texture and concerns before recommending treatments.
