Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Leg Wax (Full).

Most clients enjoy smooth, hair-free legs for three to six weeks after a full leg wax. Hair regrowth varies with personal cycle and hair thickness; regular waxing often results in finer, sparser regrowth and longer intervals between appointments.

Aim for hair length around a quarter to half an inch so the wax can grip effectively. Avoid shaving for at least two weeks before your appointment; if needed, trim gently but do not shave completely.

Sensitivity varies, but most clients report mild to moderate discomfort that eases quickly. Using breathing techniques, a relaxed posture and experienced therapists minimizes pain; topical numbing can be discussed for highly sensitive clients.

Clean, exfoliated skin is ideal; gently exfoliate two to three days before waxing to remove dead skin. Avoid harsh retinoids or chemical peels 72 hours prior, and skip heavy moisturizers on the day of your appointment.

Aftercare helps prevent irritation and ingrown hairs: avoid hot baths, saunas and intense exercise for 24–48 hours. Start gentle exfoliation after 48–72 hours and keep skin moisturized with a soothing, alcohol-free lotion.

Many with sensitive or eczema-prone skin can be waxed after a consultation and a small patch test. Avoid waxing active flare-ups; therapist may recommend gentle wax, extended aftercare, or alternative hair removal methods if unsuitable.
