Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Nose Wax.

Most clients report brief, mild discomfort during Nose Wax—quick tugs rather than prolonged pain. Our estheticians use gentle techniques and numbing options if needed. Sensitivity varies, but discomfort typically subsides immediately and results last for weeks.

Appointments are quick, generally five to ten minutes including consultation and brief aftercare. Exact timing depends on hair amount and client comfort; combine with other waxing services for a longer appointment.

We assess skin and allergy history during consultation. Using hypoallergenic waxes and gentle techniques reduces irritation. Clients with severe allergies, recent nasal surgery, or skin conditions may be advised alternative methods or a patch test first.

Most clients notice regrowth in three to six weeks, depending on individual hair cycles. Regular waxing can slow regrowth and make hairs finer; maintenance sessions every four to six weeks are common for consistent results.

When performed by trained professionals using sterile tools and proper technique, risk is very low. Avoid picking or disturbing the treated area, follow aftercare, and contact us if you notice excessive pain, swelling, or signs of infection.

Avoid blood-thinning medications, heavy nasal decongestants, and alcohol before treatment if possible. After waxing, keep the area clean, avoid touching or picking, and skip saunas, vigorous exercise, or makeup for 24 hours to reduce irritation.
