Membership covers nearly any weekday treatment shorter than 76 minutes, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and pedicures. Excluded items are Ultimate/VIP and Signature services, eyelash or hair extensions, PlasmaPen or WiQo PRX Peel, hair coloring, and Brazilian straightening.
You receive one weekday treatment every other week for a total of 26 treatments annually. Appointments are subject to weekday availability; scheduling ahead is recommended to secure preferred times and therapists throughout the year.
Yes — memberships can be purchased as gifts and transferred according to our spa terms. Please contact the front desk to arrange recipient details, activation, and any necessary paperwork or fees for transfer or gift certificates.
Missed appointments may be subject to our cancellation policy. Please provide at least 24-48 hours notice for cancellations to protect your scheduled visits. Repeated no-shows could affect membership privileges and the ability to reschedule treatments.
Membership covers weekday treatments specifically; weekend or evening slots may be limited or excluded depending on staff availability. Please consult the spa when booking—upgrades or price adjustments could apply for non-weekday appointments.
