Cinnamon Paprika Body Wrap
This warming body wrap uses cinnamon and paprika to stimulate circulation across the body. The spiced formula is applied and wrapped to create gentle heat that encourages detoxification. The result is warmed, energized skin with a smoother, more toned appearance.
Dry Brush Body

During your session you'll receive a consultation, targeted exfoliation or brushwork, application of a detoxifying wrap or mask, and moisturizing finish. Treatments are performed in a tranquil setting, and may include thermal elements like infrared or heated wraps for deeper benefits.
Many treatments can be adjusted for sensitivity. We use gentle organic formulas and can reduce exfoliation intensity or recommend soothing wraps like red clay or hydrating masks. Always disclose allergies or skin conditions during consultation so we can customize a safe service plan.
Recommended frequency depends on treatment type and skin needs. Generally, exfoliating body polishes are safe every two to four weeks; intensive wraps or Endosphere sessions may be scheduled weekly or biweekly initially. Your therapist will create a personalized plan during consultation.
Some treatments are not recommended during pregnancy, especially intensive thermal wraps, certain essential oils, or high-pressure Endosphere therapy. We require pregnancy disclosure at booking and will recommend safe alternatives like gentle exfoliation, hydrating wraps, or dry brushing when appropriate.
